clientrixai Pty Ltd ("Inflate", "we", "us") builds and operates AI Phone Agent systems for healthcare practices. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), applicable state health privacy legislation, and United States HIPAA requirements where applicable. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our website and services.

Website visitors

When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation through our website, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in your message. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.


Voice demo participants

If you interact with our live AI voice demo on this website, your first name and practice name (which you enter before the demo) are used to personalise the session. The demo conversation is processed in real time by Google's Gemini AI. Audio and transcripts may be stored temporarily for quality and safety review purposes, and are deleted on a rolling basis. We do not use demo conversations to train AI models.


Client systems (patient data)

When we build an AI Phone Agent for a healthcare practice, the agent may handle Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of the practice. In this context, Inflate acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA. PHI is processed through HIPAA-compliant integration layers (including Keragon) and is never used to train AI models or retained beyond operational necessity. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed with all healthcare clients.


3. How We Use Information

Our services use the following third-party infrastructure:

  • Google Gemini AI — Powers the voice agent functionality. Governed by Google's data processing terms.

  • Keragon — HIPAA-compliant middleware for healthcare system integrations.

  • Replit — Cloud infrastructure provider for this website.


5. Data Retention

Website enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Voice demo sessions are retained for up to 90 days. Client operational data is retained as agreed in the client services agreement and deleted upon request or contract termination.


6. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and audit logging. No system is completely secure; if you have concerns about data security, please contact us.

For US-based healthcare clients, Inflate operates as a HIPAA Business Associate where applicable. We do not access or store PHI through this website. PHI is only handled through client-specific, BAA-covered production systems.
