Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at inflate.agency and any services provided by Inflate AI Pty Ltd (ABN 58 692 986 735) ("Inflate", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.


2. Services

Inflate designs, builds, and maintains custom AI Phone Agent systems for healthcare practices. Services are delivered under a separate client services agreement executed between Inflate and each client. These Terms govern general website use and enquiry interactions only; specific service obligations are defined in client agreements.


3. Custom Build Engagements

Custom AI Phone Agent builds are scoped, priced, and governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) agreed in writing prior to commencement. Standard builds start from US$6,000 as a one-time investment.

Payment terms, milestones, and delivery timelines are specified in the SOW. Inflate retains no intellectual property in the delivered agent; ownership transfers to the client upon payment in full.

Discovery sessions and initial consultations may be subject to a preparation fee as disclosed at time of booking. Where a fee applies, this will be communicated clearly before the session is confirmed.


4. Managed AI

Managed AI is an optional ongoing service provided month-to-month with no minimum term. It covers monitoring, maintenance, optimisation, and adaptation of the delivered agent. Every custom build includes 60 days of Managed AI at no additional charge. After this period, Managed AI continues at the monthly rate specified in the client agreement and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice.


5. Platform Costs

Third-party platform costs (voice AI processing, telephony, and related infrastructure) are passed through to clients at cost with no markup. Current indicative rates are approximately USD $0.08–$0.14 per minute for voice AI and USD $0.01–$0.02 per minute for telephony. These rates are subject to change by the underlying providers and clients will be notified of material changes.


6. Voice Demo

The AI voice demo available on this website is provided for evaluation purposes. By using the demo, you agree not to attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract system instructions from the demo agent. The demo is not intended to handle real patient information and should not be used as such.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with service operation

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when making enquiries


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, and code is owned by or licensed to Inflate AI Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute website content without written permission. Custom agents built for clients are owned by the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant SOW.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inflate does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI agents are designed to handle administrative tasks and must not be used as a substitute for clinical judgement or medical advice.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inflate's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amounts paid by you to Inflate in the 3 months preceding the claim. Inflate is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.


12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
